Bookkeeping, record keeping, tax reporting and profit tracking can all seem daunting and out of your scope of knowledge. I am hear to remind you that You Can Do Anything. It is my intention to help guide beautiful soul workers like yourself, to help remind you what your higher self and guides already know about you. That you are capable of this. Of the bookkeeping, record keeping, tax reporting and profit tracking. You can do this. And I I am here to help support you on this journey. 

1:1 Mentorship Options

Just as every soul is different every souls work, journey, and business are different. These mentorships are tailored to you, your soul, your journey, your work.  If you just need some quick advice, pop over to the bookkeeping and tax page for hourly consult options!

12 Month 1:1 Mentorship

  • Monthly check ins either in person or virtual (your choice!) to review your bookkeeping, go over any expense questions (what is allowable and what isn't), review your profits by month/total year/event, ensure that income tax and GST savings are in place, planning for future months and general advice

  • Bookkeeping Excel file to track your income and expenses with a summary page for easy tax return filing

  • List of expenses to track that is curated specifically for your soul work

  • Six grounding sessions (to be included in the monthly check ins) to drop in and ask your guides any business path related questions, if required

  • Guidance on filing your tax return for one tax season 

    • Filing on your own or having a firm file for you​

    • If choosing a firm, I can help with vetting (Or I can bring you on a a client of mine at Horizon CPA) 

    • If filing on your own, what software is the best for you

    • Filing questions, review of return, support while you are preparing your return. 

    • GST filing questions, set up, filing process explained, return reviewed, walk through on how to file

12 Month Bi-Monthly 1:1 Mentorship

  • Bookkeeping Excel file to track your income and expenses with a summary page for easy tax return filing.

  • One extra meeting if required to go over any items that are causing you stress - the whole point of these sessions is to reduce your stress when you are thinking about finances

  • Three grounding sessions (to be included in the bi-monthly sessions) to drop in and ask your guides any business path related questions, if required

  • Guidance on filing your tax return for one tax season

    • Filing on your own or having a firm file for you​
